Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a catalogue?
Crested offers thousands of items, from many suppliers, so we don’t have a general catalogue. We’ve put together a few documents with popular clothing styles in both the Students and Staff & Faculty sections. We encourage you to get in touch with us directly about what you’re looking for or any ideas you’ve got, and we can help from there.
How long does it take?
Production time depends on the product and quantity, but generally orders are fulfilled in around two weeks. We may be able to work with a tighter deadline if necessary. The more time we have, the better!
How do I order?
The easiest and fastest way to order is to send us an e-mail at crested@mcmaster.ca with the following information:
- Your name and department/program
- The item you’re looking for and how many you need
- Your budget (either overall, or per item)
- An attached logo (or, if using a McMaster/Marauders logo, let us know which one)
- The date you need your order in-hand
We’ll guide you from there and provide you with item options, pricing, and order forms.
Ordering Tip: order 10% more than you need. If you place your order and end up needing just a few more items, we may not be able to help without a substantial under-minimum charge. It’s far better to have too many than too few. This applies to apparel orders too, in case of events like new staff, new club members, late registrations, etc.
Students
Crested is here to outfit your club, team, graduating class, event, or even your entire program. We’ll work with one representative from your group and provide you with pricing and order forms. Below are some documents with more information – including our clothing suggestions!
Athletics
Do you play or coach for a McMaster sports team or camp? Athletics & Recreation has teamed up with Crested to offer exclusive pricing. Just e-mail crested@mcmaster.ca, and we’ll send you the info. Don’t forget – we can add names and numbers to jerseys, t-shirts, or sweatshirts
Artwork
We can help you put something together if you don’t have art! If your group would prefer to design your own art, please refer to the Art Guidelines document before submitting.
For screenprinted designs, we can customize any of the art you see below:
Faculty & Staff
Crested@MAC can stock your office supplies, and help your department prepare for events and conferences! We don’t charge shipping or other extra fees, and if you pay with your departmental MOSAIC account, you’ll pay no HST. By ordering through Crested, you’re also supporting students and the university!

Note that each item has its own minimum order quantity and must be ordered in bulk. If you need only a few items and can’t hit our minimums, we may be able to help you out with a small variety of McMaster branded goods we have in stock.
