The Campus Store and Facility Services work in partnership to manage the processing and fulfillment of paper supplies for the McMaster community. To ensure timely delivery by Facility Services staff, a maximum of 5 cases of paper can be ordered per delivery. Campus Store and Facility Services staff members will work together to ensure the timely fulfilment of your order. Orders placed before 1pm each business day will be processed that day and sent to Facility Services for delivery. Orders processed after 1pm will be processed the next business day, then sent to Facility Services for delivery. While Facilities Services will make every effort to deliver paper orders in a timely fashion, there may be times when unforeseen circumstances result in a longer delivery time.
Paper charges will be processed as a sale from the Campus Store and will appear on your account as a charge from the Campus Store.
