Guaranteed Buyback Information

It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!

  1. Look for these signs on the shelf. If your book is shelved next to one of these tags, then we’ll buy it back—guaranteed!—at the price listed on the tag. Make sure that your book is eligible.
  2. Buy the Book!
  3. Return it by the advertised date and get the guaranteed amount back. This date normally falls after exams. Just go to the refund desk and let them know you have a GUARANTEED BUYBACK!

What Is Guaranteed Buyback and How Does It Work?

If your textbook is on our Guaranteed Buyback list, we will buy it back from you for the price listed during our scheduled buyback period. All you need to do is to bring the book back to the store before the posted date and we will give you a credit to the card of your choice - student card, debit card, credit card or put the balance on a Campus Store gift card. Just come to the refund desk and let them know that you have a Guaranteed Buyback Book. Please be mindful that we will need to assess the condition of your book before we agree to buy it back. Books must be in a resalable condition. That means no missing covers, pages, or obvious damage. However, feel free to highlight!!

How Do I Know If My Book Is On The Guaranteed Buyback List?

We will have special shelf tags in place in-store. If your book is marked with one, or with a special Buyback sticker, then we guarantee to buy it back for the advertised price on that card. We have also posted a master list of all the Guaranteed Buyback titles on this website (see above).

What If My Book Is Not On The List?

Chances are that we will still be able to buy it back during one of our regularly scheduled buyback programs. Bring your book in and we will let you know how much our wholesale partner is buying it back for. Return to the main page for our list of scheduled buyback dates.
