- Do I get the discount if I purchase diploma frames at the Store?
Yes
- Are MCE frames different from the other degree frames you sell?
Yes! Continuing Education Certificates are a different size than the standard McMaster Degree frames. Certificate frames hold 8" x 11" landscape documents. A MCE certificate will not fit into a standard McMaster University Degree frame.
- What methods of payment are accepted online?
We currently accept MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Campus Store gift cards online.
- Is the store open for in person shopping?
Yes, the Campus Store is now open for in person shopping during our hours of operation.
- How long will it take for a frame order to arrive if I select shipping?
Frame orders are shipped directly to you from the frame manufacturer and can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. If you order other merchandise as part of your order, it will be shipped to you separately by the Campus Store.
- Can I get my diploma framed at the Campus Store
No, we do not offer framing in store at this time.
- If I don't order now will I be able to get a diploma frame later?
Yes. You can order diploma frames at any time throughout the year; however, you will not receive a discount after November 30th, 2023.
